Young adults have been deeply affected by the conflict – but are also sources of hope and inspiration. In this episode, we speak with young peace activator and storyteller Nofar Drukman about her journey, her challenges, and the work she has been doing to bring young adults around the table in peace activation.
Nofar Drukman is a social entrepreneur, storyteller, and change-maker from Israel. With a Global MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, she founded Karaoke Talkie, a social enterprise that empowers women to overcome stage fright through storytelling and improvisation. Nofar is a seasoned facilitator with expertise in social business ventures, storytelling, presentation skills, and communication.
As a dedicated peace activist, Nofar is actively involved in various peace organizations. She has both participated in and facilitated seminars and led initiatives focused on fostering peace. She also founded a WhatsApp group called "Peace Opportunities", which provides information on mutual meetings between Israelis and Palestinians to foster understanding. Currently, Nofar leads a peace activism course at Peace Now, where she fosters dialogue and mutual understanding through education and activism.
