The book is a product of seven years of research with over 80 interviewees, victims/survivors, experts, and advocates on this issue, including many of YOU.
I would especially like to mention my friend, the late Miriam Isserow, z"l, who was the moderator of the #GamAni FB group and was a fierce advocate for victims/survivors of sexual abuse, and who died suddenly in April. She spoke in February on the panel in my course, Jewish Feminism Reimagined, about sexual abuse. She shared many insights from her 30+ years of advocacy on behalf of women and victims of DV and sexual abuse. I miss her, and I dedicated the book in her memory.
